We are delighted to announce that MOD.’s innovative exhibition, BROKEN, has been honored with the CIMUSET Award 2024. This forward-thinking exhibition stands out for its multidisciplinary approach to addressing the complex challenges humanity faces today, from environmental degradation to systemic issues in housing and education.

Developed from MOD.’s Future Themes Forum, BROKEN encourages visitors, particularly those aged 15-25, to engage in futures-thinking through “what if” scenarios. The exhibition fosters dialogue, exploring alternative systems and solutions while promoting hope and resilience. Its inclusive design ensures accessibility for all, and it thoughtfully incorporates Aboriginal knowledge, enriching the exhibition’s content.

Aligning with key Sustainable Development Goals, BROKEN exemplifies the principles of innovation, inclusivity, and participatory practices, making it a deserving recipient of the CIMUSET Award 2024.
