Dear members of CIMUSET, dear colleagues, dear friends,

In the name of the CIMUSET board, I would like to wish you and your loved ones health, happiness, and much success in your private and professional lives at the beginning of the new year 2024.

Allow me to briefly recall our significant activities last year:

• Thanks to the cooperation with many important institutions and distinguished colleagues, we managed to organize the CIMUSET annual conference in Seoul, Korea, hosted by the National Aviation Museum in Korea. Many thanks to everyone who worked in the preparation of the conference and to all the participants! We are very honoured and happy to have met so many inspiring colleagues from all over the world.
• We were also co-organizers of the International Training Workshop on Capacity Building in China, which was organized by the China Science and Technology Museum. We thank our partners for organizing and our members for participating!
• We also published the proceedings of the papers from our joint meeting with ICOM CAMOC and Worklab during the ICOM Prague 2022 General Conference. The publication can be downloaded here.
• For the second time, we were introduced to amazing projects within the framework of the CIMUSET Award, and we will be looking forward to new ones this year as well! We are accepting applications for the CIMUSET Award 2024 from now and until the 30th of April.
• Last but not least, we actively participated in regular ICOM meetings so that we can provide you with the best possible support and service in your work.

However, now is the time for us to start intensive work on this year’s planned activities. We are preparing interesting events and projects this year as well, the details of which we will provide you with soon, and we are already looking forward to fruitful cooperation!

Despite the uneasy world situation, whether political, social or environmental, we wish you good health above all, and we are looking forward to meeting you this year during ICOM CIMUSET events!
