Registration is now open for the 53rd CIMUSET Conference, taking place 28 September – 2 October 2026 in León, Mexico.

Under the theme “Science and Technology Museums as Spaces of Hope: Connecting Communities, Knowledges, and Futures,” this year’s conference invites museum professionals, researchers, educators, designers, and partners from around the world to explore how science and technology museums can respond to contemporary challenges and help shape more sustainable and inclusive futures.

Hosted in collaboration with Explora Science Center, the conference will offer inspiring presentations, hands-on workshops, engaging discussions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the international museum community. Together, we will explore new approaches to storytelling, collections, learning, participation, sustainability, and the future role of science and technology museums.
